What happens if your equipment breaks during my event?
We run on a Zero-Failure framework. Our gear isn’t off-the-shelf. Our in-house Equipment Team custom-builds it to survive national travel and high-volume event use.
Every artist carries a specialized toolkit and is trained to troubleshoot and repair common issues on the spot. A minor part failure gets fixed in seconds. It never becomes a service disruption.
What if my artist’s flight is delayed or they get sick?
We’re a national team, not a solo operator. That means we have a deep bench.
We maintain a large, nationally distributed team of Academy-certified artists. If your primary artist hits a travel delay or a personal emergency, our Next-Up protocol activates. A certified backup deploys to your location.
What is your policy on travel delays?
We track our talent’s transit in real time through our proprietary artist app.
If a delay happens on our end, you get a pro-rated refund for any performance time lost. If it’s something outside our control, like a weather-related flight ground stop, we’ll extend our service time at the end of your event to make sure you get your full hours.
What happens if we have to cancel or reschedule due to an emergency?
If a true emergency makes the event impossible, like a natural disaster or a power outage, you have options:
Reschedule. We apply 100% of your service fee to a future date.
Refund. If rescheduling isn’t an option, you get a refund minus any non-refundable travel expenses already spent on your event.
Are there specific requirements for outdoor events?
Yes, two things keep our artists safe and our equipment running right.
Shelter. A covered or indoor rain location is required for every outdoor event.
Temperature. The performance area needs to stay between 50°F and 100°F. Extreme heat or cold affects paint flow and equipment safety, so a climate-controlled space keeps things running smoothly for your guests.
